• TIFR Admission 2024 Application Form has been Released on 8th October 2022.
• Tata Institute of Fundamental Research 2024, Application Form can be filled till 5th November 2022.
• The applications will be invited from the eligible candidates through an online mode.
• It is required for the candidate to register or confirm the online application form from the candidate login by visiting the website.
• Candidates can register through either the Aadhar card or without an Aadhar card.
• Candidates can also make the fix after the dates announced by the officials.
• Candidates have to provide the full details carefully and upload scanned images of recent photograph and signature.

Application Fee:

Aspirants have to submit a single application only. In case if a candidate wants to take the online test in multiple subjects at that time in this event, they must submit an individual application for each subject matter.

To apply online, applicants need to register first, then proceed to fill in details in the TIFR 2024 Application Form, and finally recompense the application fee.

TIFR 2024 Result

Tata Institute of Fundamental Research 2024 Result will be Declared soon through online mode. The results are released as per notification of the conducting authority on the official website in the form of a merit list containing the list of qualified candidates as well as their qualifying rank. The result for TIFR 2024 is released online in the candidate login.

TIFR 2024 Admissions Procedure

The admission procedure leading to the TIFR Admission 2024 is composed of two layers – Entrance test and Interview. The candidates who are entitled to the entrance exam are called for the interview.

The TIFR Nationwide Entrance Examination is known as the Joint Graduate Entrance Examination for Biology and Interdisciplinary Life Sciences (JGEEBILS). Participating in the program institutes utilize the score for choosing candidates for admission.

National Level Score for Admission – Alongside admissions through the TIFR 2024, admission in Physics, Biology & Chemistry is also carried out based on a candidate’s score in GATE/ NEST/ JEST scores inappropriate subjects, Ecology and Evolution GATE scores (NCBS only), are possible as well.

Admission Process for Systems Science – Candidates in exceptional performance in GATE 2024 examination in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Mathematics can claim Ph.D. program without appearing for the TIFR Entrance Test. Fellowship

The Institute will provide a fellowship in Ph.D., I-Ph.D, and MSc programs. Candidates can check the fellowship for detailed information about the same below:

• Ph.D. – Students will receive a one-month fellowship of Rs 31,000/- strengthened to Rs 35,000/- after registration.
• I-Ph.D.  Students are going to receive a monthly fellowship of Rs 21,000/- for the first year.
• At end of the first year, upon adequate performance, the fellowship is improved to Rs 31,000/- a month (further raised to Rs 35,000/- following registration for Ph.D.)
• MSc (Biology) – Candidates get a monthly fellowship of Rs 16,000/- (+HRA as applicable).
• MSc (Wildlife Biology & Conservation) – Students will get a monthly fellowship of Rs 12,000/- (fixed).
